It is highly recommended that you test your DCP (Digital Cinema Package) at the venue where it will be shown prior to any screening. Film festivals typically conduct such tests beforehand, and in some cases, if you rent a theatrical venue, you may be able to conduct a brief test of your content in advance without incurring any extra costs.
